How's My Driving?

Armin is an OC so there isn't an established canon to compare her to and use to determine whether or not she's in character. I'll take all forms and sorts of critique here, but in particular, I'm interested in knowing:
☆ Is Armin consistent?
☆ Is she interesting as a character?
☆ Is my roleplaying engaging? Do my tags give you something to work with?
☆ How does Armin come across to you? Even if you don't want to give me a proper critique, just knowing this would be immensely helpful so that I can compare it against my intentions!
